1. Services

NYC Premier Car provides luxury car and limousine transportation services in New York City and surrounding areas, including airport transfers, corporate travel, weddings, special events, and point-to-point transportation.

2. Reservations and Payments

All reservations are subject to vehicle availability. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. Payment is required at the time of booking or upon completion of service, as specified. We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods. Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full fare.

4. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and consent, you agree to receive SMS messages from NYC Premier Car for appointment reminders, booking confirmations, and customer care communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing our services.

5. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must conduct themselves in a safe and respectful manner. Smoking, illegal substances, and disruptive behavior are prohibited in all vehicles. NYC Premier Car reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for violations of these rules. Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to vehicles.

6. Limitation of Liability

NYC Premier Car shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or service disruptions caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

7. Lost Items

NYC Premier Car is not responsible for items left in vehicles. If you believe you left an item, please contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to locate and return lost items, but cannot guarantee recovery.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of NYC Premier Car and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Privacy
